At MERRACHI, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your items, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
